The Karahi Especial

Karahi (or Kadai) curry is a rich, fragrant dish known for its bold tomato base and freshly ground spices.

The name comes from the traditional wok-like cooking pot called a karahi, commonly used in Pakistan and northern India. The shape of the pan allows the curry to cook quickly at high heat, giving it a slightly smoky, intense flavour.
