Due to the nature of our products, all food orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once prepared and delivered.

However, if you experience any of the following issues:

  • Incorrect order

  • Missing items

  • Food quality concerns

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with proof (photo if applicable), and we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a partial/full refund at our discretion
